Yes. Electronic service reports are provided following each service visit to the customers nominated point of contact. In addition to this, any local requirements for handover forms will be dealt with by the engineer who attends site.
We have a technical support facility available at all times. The extent of the support provided outside of standard hours will depends on the requirements priced within the contract.
In our warehouse, we hold a large inventory of Parts in stock which can be delivered the same day. We also have arrangements with manufacturers and other companies for next day delivery.

Yes. Probo Medical have HSCN Connectivity which can be used for remote diagnostics, dependant on access through the customers IT systems.
Any updates/upgrades which relate to patient safety are supplied through the OEM as a mandatory requirement. Probo Medical can provide other upgrades through the OEM at cost.

Yes. We buy most imaging equipment including CT, MRI, X-Ray, C-arm and Ultrasound. A Full installation service is provided by our own engineers, and we also include full certification of proof of patient destruction.
