So far, 2019 has been a year of many celebrations for the Probo Medical team. We started out the year with a number of great awards nominations and are excited to announce even more exciting initiatives that have come into existence this year! Between a Small Cap Corporate Value Award, a 2019 Best Places to Work in Indiana Award, and the acquisition of Trisonics; this is shaping up to be the best year yet for Probo Medical.

Small Cap Corporate Value Award

The Alliance for Corporate Growth (ACG) is a national organization with chapters throughout the United States. The purpose of this institution is to give professionals specializing in corporate growth, and mergers and acquisitions a chance to meet, network, share ideas and collaborate on best practices in their industry; with the goal of inspiring business growth. Each year, the Indiana ACG chapter hosts an annual dinner where they recognize transactions from the past year that created value for shareholders, employees, customers, suppliers and the community as a whole. Factors affecting the decision included economic growth, financial growth, job growth, organic growth, and acquisition growth. Having had a stellar 2018, Probo was awarded the Small Cap Award at this year’s dinner.

2019 Best Places to Work in Indiana

For 2 years in a row, we’ve been honored to be included in Indiana’s Best Places to Work Awards. This year, we’re excited to announce that we placed #28 in the category of medium-sized businesses for all of Indiana. In celebration, the Probo Medical team had the chance to attend the awards dinner where we wore hats to represent our core values! When they announce our names, we shot money guns for fun.

Acquisition of Trisonics

Another exciting initiative that came to life this year is Probo Medical’s acquisition of Trisonics. Probo Medical is the fastest growing company in the medical equipment repair and sales space, and this new partnership will bring even more offerings to our clients. Now, we will have an extensive ultrasound service division to keep ultrasound machines at optimal performance. Our team is excited for the opportunities this acquisition will bring and looking forward to our continued growth.

At Probo Medical, we strive to better ourselves and our business in any way we can. These achievements could have never been possible without our team of amazing employees, and for that we thank you! 2019 may be halfway over, but there’s so much more to come for the team at Probo Medical!
